When to use it
Use it at the start of each fiscal year to schedule recurring board and committee business by quarter. Adjust to your fiscal year (Q1 below means the first quarter of your fiscal year). Assign an owner and month to each item, and review the calendar at the first meeting of each year.
How to use it
- Adapt the headings and timing to your board's own meeting schedule and committees.
- Circulate the completed document with the board materials so directors can prepare.
